Is there a point to training up Regularity on multiple forms of exercise?
So, I have a base set up, and with winter almost over I've been doing exercise to get my Fitness up (because it seems to be leveling a lot more slowly than Strength). I started out doing Squats until my Regularity bar was filled up. Is there any reason to switch to Sit-ups and build that Regularity bar as well?

IMO choose one fitness exercise - squats or situps. I choose situps usually because the squats movespeed debuff is annoying and situps rarely cause pain on full regularity.
I like the restless sleeper trait because I can sleep 4-5 hours, exercise for 80 minutes, then sleep 4-5 hours more.
If I am going out that day, I just do situps because there is usually no debuff. I do burpees instead if I am staying home, because they train both fitness and strength and the pain is still bad on full regularity.

Build regularity in all while you can. The type of exercise you do determines where you get pain in 12 hours. Being able to choose which detriment you get while still getting in daily exercise can really help, imo- EG: You dont want combat negatives if you're planning to be out zombie slaying in 12 hours.

Exercise "hurts" your body parts less. At max you can exercise over and over again without needing to take painkillers. That's all.
Though if you want to level up fitness it's better to just kill yourself and get the athletic trait, it's a million times faster.
