Server rollback

Having some issue with server being rollback, my friend hosting the server sometimes getting rollback for no reason. Any reason why? also does ip address affect the server? or is it due to server memory?. Server has like 6-8 players, server memory 8gb.

Is the server being saved / quit out of properly? Is it a Host server or a "dedicated server"?
And is the host the only one getting rollbacks?

is a host server, we play spend like a week playing the game with mods. the host quit game like normal and it save. during that week. Not once but twice the server getting weird rollback. The first roll back was like day 2, then now just happen recently. Building progress we build gone along with items in it, but the vehicles are not affected, Is like the building revert back to few days progress. Any idea why?

Also item in inventory still stays, one of our friend building burned down due to weird rollback. probably the oven was cooking something in it.

Server memory is 8gb, in that case how much total memory does the host have?

16 or maybe higher

I would recommend checking the task manager while the server is running to see if the RAM or space on the PC isn't being maxed out, since that can cause rollbacks. Additionally make sure you are not alt+F4 quitting the game but instead quitting normally.

Lastly, I would recommend going to the server settings and setting the SaveWorldEveryMinutes to like 10-30 minutes? So the world would properly save at that time and not cause further rollbacks.
