Blackscreen when trying to coop

When trying to play coop with a friend, first he cannot invite me to his server before he's actually in game and when he's in the game himself, he invite me and i just get a black screen after creating my character.
Is there any way to fix this and maybe make the client more friendly to coop?

Can the one hosting share the logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?
You can use any file sharing website of your choice.

this should work. i put the logs.zip on Sync.com.

Is this log from the person hosting the log? I can only see one server log here and it seems like the server failed during loading.

I tried hosting first. Got in the game and got eaten while inviting a friend. Click repawn, i got blackscreen, my friend got blackscreen. Tried troubleshooting on google because trying to host a new game was stuck on loading world. Deleted the files in multiplayer like many post suggested. Hosted a new game, got in, my friend joined but again black screen. I quit game, deleted multiplayer files again but this time my friend hosted the game. He got in the game, hid in the second floor, i tried to join him, got blackscreen. We left and he tried hosting again and got stuck at loading world. We gave up at that point.
Edit : I sent you the whole file that was in my folder as instructed.

I see now, so the blackscreen happens specifically at respawn? Do you have the "unlock all clothing" option enabled perhaps? It causes issues such as the ones you describe.

Honestly, i dont know. The blackscreen happens when you host and try to respawn after death or when trying to join another player. You see the text that goes something like This is how you die or what not and then blackscreen. Can't even press ESC to get out so that is two different instance of blackscreen happening on two different computer.
As for the options, i didn't play with anything except changing the character name. There was so many i just wanted to have a feel of the game. Was spawning as a lumberjack if that can change anything.

I would recommend checking out the server settings to see if it happens there as well, or see if it happens in random public servers as well? Generally this issue is pretty unusual unless it would be an actual bug, which I am trying to figure out if it is the setting causing the problem.

I understand. I googled my issue and saw TONS of people with the same problem and we got tired of it and my friends refunded the game. I got it from humble bundle or something i dont remember. We will wait till the UI for multiplayer works better so we can play together without struggling. If you are a dev, may i suggest some sort of lobby where friends can load and create their character together before launching the game?
