How do I paint wallpapers?

I want the nice floral ranch walls, but i don't know how to remove them and put them somewhere else. I cant find anything about it on the wiki, any solutions?

You cannot put down Wallpapers

You can Paint walls. You'd need a level 3 Wood wall, Plaster Powder, bucket of water, paint bucket, and a paintbrush

Combine the Powder with the water bucket and you'll get a bucket of plaster. Apply Plaster to the walls then you can paint the walls
