Can't sticth deep wounds?

I have everything in inventory suture needle threads even needle holder but when i right clicked on the deep wound cant see the stitch option. Anyone else having this? is this kinda bug glitch or something?

You should be able to. It does say deep wound right? One would think (at least I did) that a laceration is worthy of stiches but in PZ it is not. I guess it's just a paper cut.

Both are deep wounds on soles

I am sure both are deep wounds when i remove the bandage i only see two options
-Bandage
-Disinfect

You will need a Suture Needle you find those in ambulances and hospitals.

Dude i have a suture needle and needle holder. Even if i dont regular needle does this i tried with both needles in my inventory i just cant see the stitch wound option.

Only "The indie stone" mode is on right now

Take suture needle out of holder, put in primary hand, have thread in inventory, not backpack. Click on the words "deep wound"

i already tried this. also tried equip suture needle as primary and thread as secondary nothing works

I really dont understand i read few things about this issue and exactly sure im doing everything right i have all the items but i just cant see the stitch option when i right clicked on the wound
again i have all necessary items like suture needle thread surgical holder everything
no shreds in wound
its a deep wound it says
but when i right clicked i see only to things to do disinfect and bandage

well, just do what it says, disinfect and bandage, maybe you dont need to suture it, or maybe you did, and didnt realize it. I bet in a few hours, or possibly days depending on your settings it will become a laceration, then a scratch then gone.
