You can hear radio and TV broadcast ( in Survival mode at least) at some certain time points - like 09.00, 12.00, and 18.00 ( all new broadcast starting at this time points). There also night broadcasts (00.00 - 03.00 or something)
This secret radio station ( 107.6 fm) broadcasting only once in 06.00- 09.00 of 4 day of your survival ( there will be information - " you survived 3 days and 21 hours or some more time)
91.2 Civilian radio station broadcasting only in 09.00 and 12.00, but I heard it once at 18.00 at six(?) day.
All radio station broadcasting about 7-9 days, some turns off faster ( 89.4 Knox Hitz), some broadcasting longer ( 98 NNR).
The last message will be on Triple N TV on 13-14 day at random (?) time point.
Also, as I know there will be another messages on stations like NNR, 93.2 LBMW and Civilian radio, but in future. Maybe weeks and months later...
Or smacking the tv to get the image to stop jumping or doing the rolling up or down, lol darn kids dont know how easy they got it, i remember only having one phone in the house and it was in the kitchen so making a date and or talking to a girl was rather public :P
This could be workshopped well when NPCs are added back in officially.
If you are unable to find a particular station, you can manually tune through each of them by editing a preset station, changing it, then telling it to tune in. It's tedious, and it can take 15 to 30 minutes to get through all of them.
As they mentioned, broadcast times vary between stations, and some stop broadcasting after a certain time. This alludes to the collapse of society, in a way representing that there is no one left to broadcast anymore.
