For your personal exact numbers, you could load up your game with your settings and traits (did you take light eater or low thirst?) (maybe you took hearty appetite or high thirst?) (maybe you mixed it up with one + and one -) your exact numbers will differ.
You can load into debug mode to help you gather your data. I suggest making a spreadsheet of your collected data and post back here your findings.

Are you sitting around at base all day being calm and easy? Or are you doing lots of things? chopping trees, running, are you hot, cold? lots of clothes? this all makes a difference so exact numbers can not be had.
The numbers WILL vary. There will be no "exact number" that is constant.
