How much food to consume a day
So I'm at a point where I'm losing weight fast, and currently wondering just how much food I should eat per day in terms of rabbits and cabbages?
Do I cook them into stir fry or just eat them straight?

Cans base about 300 calories or more if you are lucky, so you'll need 4-5 cans a day to not lose weight. Bread you can eat 2 loaves a day. If youre eating fresh salad, you'l need 4 cabbage 1 brocolli and a potato for 505 calories if all ingredients were fresh. You'll need 2 of these not to lose weight, but 4 or more to gain weight. Chips have like 300 calories so you can usually get buy eating chips and beans and other scavenged materials.

you want to focus on finding some fat rich food. if you hover over a can of food or any other packaged food item it will tell you how much fat, protein and such is in it. for unlabeled food, meat is obviously the best choice for maintaining your weight

you can stuff yourself with berries all day but you'll still lose weight fast. eat only meat and you'll gain weight too fast. it's best to combine low fat and fat foods and find a balance between not being hungry and not gaining/losing weight. that said, by winter you might want to fatten up a bit to get some reserves, in case you cant find enough food to keep your weight up. ice cream is great for gaining weight, might want to stock up on a few tubs before the power goes out.

i always combine ingredients and cook it or make salads, don't know if it matters for your weight, but it gives a nice happiness and boredom buff compared to eating raw or single ingredients one at a time

Yeah kind of saving my canned and non-perishable foods for the winter for now. At the moment, I'm just living off farming and recently started trapping. Currently, I'm looking at cabbage + rabbit stir fry and wondering if it is worth it. Or should I eat them separately? Just cook and eat the whole rabbit, plus the occasional cabbage.

if you make 1 stir fry per day, with 3 parts rabbit and 3 cabbages/potatoes, that's just enough calories to keep your weight stable. if i need more weight, i cook another rabbit whole, because i'm too lazy.

Hang on, just to check, so 6 ingredients in total? Add rabbit 3 times and add cabbage/potato 3 times?

Fish is where it's at, really. Much more calorie dense and with a lot more fat, especially the big ones.

yes, 6 is the maximum number of ingredients, beside condiment.

in winter time, if you are barely doing anything, you can survive on 100 hunger +100 water per day, about 1500 calories.

sitr fry- 1 rabbit (2 parts) fish fillet (1 part) cabbage (2 parts) potato (1 part)
roughly 115 hunger, 1500 cal, 85 carbs, 230 proteins, 30 fat

to not lose weight without running around you will need around 8-10 cabbages per day. in terms of rabbits, I think they are 250 calories per 15 hunger precooked, cooked gives more. you need around 1200 calories per day, so it's 4-5 servings.
