You're supposed to forage for medicinal herbs. You either need to have started with the herbalist trait, or you need to have found the herbalist magazine and read that.

You might not die? Do you have the iron gut trait, by any chance? i think it matters how much tainted water you drank, too.

I think you can only find it with foraging. possibly only after you have read the herbalism mag or bought the advantage
