If you want to edit existing world cells, there is this. Problem is it does not contain a zombie spawn file. I'm currently in the process of splitting up the map into individual cells for both the base and vegetation map, atm I just need to rename each cell to correspond with the PZ map.

Now for building, this guy has a 4 video series which is reasonably useful. Still takes some practice using the building editor.

Beyond that, if you want, there is a community building pool with some stuff in it too. I'm personally picky, so not much of it is useful to me, I'll be doing most my buildings myself, will probably share down the road.
