Report a translation problem
Since you don't own the game, personally I wouldn't buy it just for the mods of those NPCs alone nor with the idea of expecting the information above if you're expecting it soon. Mod runs quite poorly and doesn't really provide the smartest AI in most situations.
I will wait a while and see whats down the road then. :)

Just be aware though that NPCs aren't coming anytime soon. After animations and the MP rework is finally done, next is animals. https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Upcoming_versions
THEN there will be several builds dedicated to fully implementing NPCs, up to v1.0.
So if that's what mainly interests you, I'd give the game a few more years.
