Not giving me any options to Harvest

I have no mods related to farming and I can not figure out how to harvest anything for the life of me. I cant even pick up bad crops

Right click---> Harvest, if you can't its not ready to be harvested.

If your hands are damaged I don't think you can either.

What about bad crops ? I thought i could compost them it would not let me harvest them

If they are in red text, (receding, rotten etc) its the same concept, Right click---> Remove. I am not certain if you need a trowel or any related farming tool in order to remove bad crops but if the above doesn't work normally, try having one of those in your main inventory (not in your bags)

yeah i think you need a trowel for that or shovel.
but when i remove the crops i never get something for it so composting isnt possible i believe. or maybe i missed something.

I used every farming tool to test this and none of them give option to harvest bad crops

Bad crops are removed. Rotten food is composted.

You cannot harvest rotten crops, only remove them, which basically just deletes them. Composting is for inventory food that is spoiled, or will spoil, or if you have no desire for it just toss it in the compost bin and the rest is just a waiting game.

With a Garden Fork, Garden Hoe, or Shovel in your inventory you with get the opportunity to "REMOVE". It deletes it with no reward or bonus.
