Exactly, honestly I prefer to wait a little longer for the game to be much more stable to play it in multiplayer than to play a broken and unstable multiplayer. The question is, when will it be finished?
The mutliplayer was bad lol, Rubber banding, Animations not working. It was unplayable.
But if your still curious.. Then instructions below. Its for build 41.50 only so builds past that will not work. Its for demonstration purposes.
Right Click Project Zomboid on Steam > Properties > Betas > Select "Build 41.50 - Previous Build to Complete Saves"
navigate to ProjectZomboid\media\lua\client\OptionScreens\MainScreen.lua and open it up with a text editor (I used Notepad ++)
Go to lines 1518, and delete the "[[" and "]]" on lines 1518 and 1528 respectively.
Next, go to line 1465, and after the "--" add "[[" without quotes, and on line 1468, add "]]", without the quotes, after the "end".
Go to line 584. Remove the "--" from the beginning of the line, and add it to the beginning of the line below. Do this for line 596 as well.
On line 590, 592, 601, and 603 add "--" to the beginning of the line.
Save the file.
After this, multiplayer will be enabled.
Use at your own risk.
