As of now most of the story comes from your imagination.
The simulation part is what makes it quite unique
It is not really like the other zombie apocalypse survival games which are much more casual in general
Best I got was 2 weeks before i got deleted.
Same story. I also picked up the game yesterday. Must be something in the water.
So far I think it's good. I'm trying to make things up as I go and that's a lot of fun to do. I'm sure I'm missing 80% of the things there is to know, but I did manage to survive for 4 days now so things are looking better. When things go south, it's game over fast though :)
There is no goal (yet who knows when or if), you simply just survive as long as you can, there are also challenges and you can even make your own, add mods etc.
The game captures very well the sort of "realism" it would probably take to survive, and you can really be a lot of different people, with traits (more added with mods).
Me and a mate are essentially running a sim, using as close to our real world stats and skills to see how we would fare.
On my solo runs, it's kind of a story generator
