Weight loss comes naturally when all the good food runs out. When you're living off of fish, forest, farm and trapping based food and running around constantly to keep it coming, you won't be able to support your waistline with the healthy food and high exercise, lol. Eventually, you might even find it hard to gain weight at all, let alone keep it on you.
Just make sure you hit your nutrition targets and keep moving, basically.
To lose weight you need to eat less fat and carbohydrates heavy foods, no need to starve yourself. Weight loss won't happen until 1-2 days of not eating fat and carb heavy foods.
Starving, exercise and physical activities, low calories food (almost all vegetables...)
Avoid high calories food...junk food, almost everything packaged
Dont fill hunger bar...
Just eat 1/4 of low calories food when you start to be (really) hungry
Cooked low calories food (fruit / vegetables only...) is even better as it fills more hunger for just as low calories...which is exactly what you want...
You want the arrow nearby the character weight down at all times
Also, it takes time...dont expect to go from Obese to Normal in a week...
