I stomp a lot...and i mean a lot...and my shoes are still my starting shoes in pristine condition (high strenght...)
Character is strong which means 1 stomp is a kill generally
You do that even with 0/0 str and endurance.
Also even if you do not stomp after a few weeks or months of constant wear you will notice your shoe/boot will get a hole. So...remove the type of shoes you want from the zombies, and leave them on the ground you travel often:D
Perhaps stomping does something, but it is so slow it really doesnt matter
Zombies are a constant supply anyway
Have a good day guys

After that I changed the way I play and use less stomping and more often check the condition of my clothes and boots.
So it definitely decreases its condition if you stomp often.
Do boots have any difference in stomping damage?
I mean, I'd imagine military boots would smash heads more effectively than some soft sneakers.
