About clocks.

Did they remove the little clock in the top right corner of the screen?

I remember before it would only appear if you have a digital watch or alarm clock in your inventory, and you had to hold down the left alt key to make the clock ui appear. But now it's gone completely for me.

Was it removed and why?

If it hasn't been removed, I have no clue why it's not there for me. My character has a digital watch, with zero mods it still doesn't appear, verifying game files did nothing.

Do actually have it equipped? Check your inventory and right click on the watch and click on 'Wear' and choose a hand to equip it to and the time should show up. If it's just in sitting in your inventory and not equipped, the clock wont show up. Also I play on build 41, so I'm not sure if that's the difference. Hope this helps.

I am playing on the latest build 41 update. I have the digital watch in my inventory and I do not have the option to wear it like an article of clothing. The only options to wear it are equipting it in primary or secondary slot. Both of which do not pull up the clock ui in the top right corner.

Possibly, if you are just picking up the game after a long break, your old watches won't work. You need to find new watches or start a new game. When the new jewelry stuff was added, all the old ones were just old ones. only the new ones could be used like the new ones.

just guessing here if that is the case. old watch pre jewelry update. get new watch and try.

That's definitely a possibility Allie. OP, It should look like this though https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2265528028 the option to wear it, you might just have to keep on a lookout for more watches that are usually on zombie corpses or in houses, as for the alarm clocks, I can't say since I hardly ever use them lol

It took me a while to find a watch in a new save file. But I found one.

Alarm clocks in the inventory does not give me the clock ui in the top right as in the picture you presented. Wearing a digital watch, I found that the only way I can make the ui appear is to take the game out of full screen then put it back to how I had it.. I haven't a clue why but the ui just isn't there until I do that after re-launching the game. Save for just the temperature reading with the digital watch.

edit: It's definitely not overscan with my monitor being the reason. Nothing else is missing from my ui, just the watch ui until I exited and re-entered fullscreen.

edit 2: electric boogaloo.

I was playing on a version of b41 literally just a month behind the most recent update. I haven't the slightest clue what happened but this seemed to fix it. Just taking it out of fullscreen and then putting it back.

Playing build 41, there are so many changes you should start a new game. Otherwise expect things not to work correctly with your old save game.
