How to find Military Backpack?

Military back packs are more likely to spawn on an "ex-survivor zed". These guys and gals appear in tight groups with other zombies (and a more frequently along major roads, from experience)

I found my first one in a barricaded house : one of the zombies inside had one on his back.

every time I've gone there I've found it 100%

I also found one on z survivor in a prev run, but it's rare loot. With organized trait it's top.

Well i ran into three such groups and there was none among them. Seems their spawn has been altered:(

Okay so apparantly there is now the BIG BACKPACK and the MILITARY BACKPACK.
Slight difference:

BIG BACKPACK attributes with organized trait:
35 carry cap and 85 weigh red

MILITARY BACKPACK attributes with organized trait:
36 carry cap and 87 weight red

BIG BACKPACKS can be found on "survivor type zeds" Military backpacks...well i was lucky and found one in the Survivor's shop, the new shop in the unnamed town with Car Repair shop, gas station, medical treatment facility, food market, restaurant and a few houses.
