It's not very easy to find one. I got mine first in a car trunk, and second in a wood crate, in a warehouse. Only these two in my current run(2 months in Muldraugh).

Ya I searched a few more cars and I found one. I got lucky it seems. It was in the main part of town of west point. manage to clear 150+ zombies.

Just load into debug mode and give yourself one, I searched a whole neighborhood for a loaf of bread, and I got annoyed and ended up spawning one from the void.

Saws are typically the least of my concerns. Any hardware store has nearly a dozen saws, provided you aren't on very rare loot settings. Even then, hardware stores will have at least 1 or 2.

dont just search garages for wrenches der, tool shops, and other storages have wrenches

McCoy's main 4 warehouses usually have everything you need. But occasionally you need to move the crates/dismantle them to find the items you seek, in crates you cannot access without a bit of moving/dismantling.
