Yes it is. I have spawned with a key, without a key, and with zombies outside the cell who had the keys after they broke down the door and I killed them barehanded.
Per my own experience, it would take a grievously long time to do so, to the point where you can spare no expense of time to manage it, otherwise you will die from dehydration or starvation. As ironic as it may sound, attracting attention from the outside may be a better option, since zombies are far more efficient at breaking through such obstacles. At the very least, it'd be a merciful death.
so human muscles are actually SUPER powerful. like when someone gets shocked at a power panel and is launched 20 feet back. thats not the power shooting them back. its the muscles jolting with that much force to launch them back. So the zombies muscles arent inhibited by whatever holds us back in using our muscles. no pain, no restraint...... so thats that if you leave out the whole biology of degradation thing....... >.>
Honestly, I initially thought so. The parameters for structures are low enough that even if a minimal amount of damage was caused by a shove, it should not take time in the order of days to break them down. Based on the line of discussion under the mod itself, though, I had thought to the idea that perhaps it could've been that way. If I'm mistaken, oh well. The result of such experiments is something I was prepared to see anyway. Nothing is lost from the experience.
I can still defer to my other statement, since it is apparent that there may not be any other options in the situation. Calling the wrath of the horde is the only way out if you cannot escape with your own hands.
As you can see from the OP, I did the experiment before anybody answered, even if it was possible it wasn't in a time frame that allowed you to survive.
Thanks for the definitive answer.
