Light Footed and Sneaking
It appear to me that

Light Footed = Successful Sneaks
Sneaking = How often you are in Sneak Stance

If you are more sneaking than you are light footed you are sneaking too much. Otherwise sneaking will = lightfooted.

Pretty sure lightfooted is how much noise you make with your footsteps. You get that high enough and you can literally hear the difference from when you are sneaking as opposed to when you are just walking around.

The wiki says both of them are leveled by moving around while undetected near zombies, but that sneaking is only leveled while sneaking, so I guess you could level lightfooted by walking around near zombies without them noticing. Would maybe need inconspicuous for that?

Is a strange one. You couldn’t practice being light footed but you could practice the sneak?

Nimble I guess is when you squeeze between multiple zombies who have raised their arms to grab you. How nimble you are at such an escape. Hmm

Nimble is apparently leveled while being in combat stance and climbing through windows/vaulting things. I think combat stance also counts as sneaking.

O.o

Nimble can be practiced

So what is the benefit of nimble to the player ?

It effects how fast you move in combat stance, plus it's another factor in how quiet you are. Harder to train than the other two, though.

A combat stance would include aiming a firearm? ^-^

I’ll sometimes take a red shot with a shotgun after backing up a few steps if it’s super close range it still hits multiple zed.

Nimble affects the movement speed when you're in combat stance and this is for any weapon you use even fists. It can be abit OP when leveled - I played around with and without a level and just one level was easy to see.

I noticed a couple of seconds of movement time were shaved off and this can be crucial for making an escape or intense fights. The reason I feel alot of people find Build 41's combat to be clunky is that their Nimble skill is at it's default - once you level it you will notice a difference and it won't feel as clunky - it'll feel abit like Build 40.

You increase Nimble just by moving around in combat stance - so if you continuously do it you'll level it in no time even when no zeds are around.

Lightfooted determines how much noise you make and sneak determines how effective you are at being seen or not when in sneak mode. The two skills go hand and hand.

So for example, you're that much quieter in-doors with a leveled Lightfooted so at times you wouldn't even need to sneak past if you're quieter.

You level lighthfooted just by simply walking around zombies and you level sneak by sneaking past zombies without being undetected. Otherwise both will not gain EXP.

Tbh, all of the skills are essential and go hand and hand with each other except First Aid and Farming. Those are abit useless with the current build (I'm sure once things like NPCs are added and the game gets a re-work these two skills be more worth-while).

If anyone is curious abut the other skills and what they do I'll be happy to explain.

Farming is realistic in the sense that this is how easy farming really is. I’ve grown potato irl before and it really is as easy as this. Stick them in the ground water if it doesn’t rain but otherwise barely worry. Come back and collect potato and replant more. Which can be done via returning a potato to the soil and not collecting the flowered seed in real life.

I wonder what they do to farming skill other than adding other farm machinery.

As far as I understand it - the higher the farming skill the more info it gives you when you hover over a crop but that's a little bit of common sense and knowing RL farm knowledge anyways.

Plus basic info like water levels and deceases are shown by default. So it's eh...

For First Aid, it doesn't impact how fast you heal or anything like that - First Aid's mechanic is a little vague and we;re not even sure what it really does even when testing and seeing the numbers in debug mode.

According to the wiki:

First Aid is a crafting skill used to treat the player's injuries. As the skill level increases, the player will perform medical interactions faster, make bandages and poultices last longer, make splints more effective and heal fractures faster and evaluate the severity of wounds and infections.

https://pzwiki.net/wiki/First_Aid

No idea if it's actually working as intended, but it does apparently have an intended impact on healing speed, bandage longevity, etc.
