Why is my character constantly tired?

I slept, woke up, 2 hours later I am drowsy, all I did in that time was walk 3 blocks (no sneak just walk) and killed 3 zeds with a machete.

Any ideas? feel like I don't play the game I just sleep.

Did you take the restless sleeper trait, drink alcohol or wake up in a panic? 2 hours is not much sleep at all. Should be sleeping much longer than that unless something is causing you to wake up that soon.

Sleepyhead and restless sleeper?

Might be to do with bed quality. Car bed quality is ok. Chair bed quality is bad. Floor bed quality outside is bad.

If your characters are constantly getting tired, it's because you're doing lots of ♥♥♥♥ that makes them tired. This can spill over into the next day without good rest.

I get that however it's balanced is frustrating to you personally, but like, we all play the game too. You have to be doing something wrong, right?
