What is Sanity?

There are some properties of a character that I can't understand:
- Sanity
- Morale

Probably for when NPC's become a thing.
And the thing about an apocalypse, most people will not be able to handle it mentally, they will go insane, or otherwise kill themselves. It is pretty well documented when disasters happen and there is no help. Espcially first world countries and all their luxuries that they cannot live without.

But there is panic, unhappiness and stress.

You get debuff for panicing
