How to make my self admin of my LAN server

i try to type in commands and it always comes up with no right to execute command..

I need to make my self an admin but i can't, i gather i could possibly create a new account called admin with a password? but then i can't make bob and admin as he is on the same pc and not online? :D

Is there an 'option' in the servertest.ini i am missing that will allow this?

Every post i have read says the same thing, 'just type in 'admin [name]' or grant admin [name] or setaccesslevel,
or here are all the commands, none of them, do anything...
all of these are based on the fact that i am the admin, one actually said they werent the admin but obviously they were as all i get is the 'no right ....


Also /help, is NO help... as it comes up with NOTHING.......!

Imn every issue i have had it's been me that found the answer via digging through old info for hours
(except willieSea helping me with setting up the initial LAN server as the guide didn't help)

post form 3 years ago gave me the answer, enigmagrey on the money again
typing grantadmin "name" into the serverconsole sorted it
