Latest Beta: Instantly wake up after sleep

I cannot fall asleep anymore. I have no sleep related traits, no panic or other things affecting sleep. Only thing is I have no beds. Does the game stop you from sleeping in cars after a while or what is up?

Are you positive you're not accidentally forcing your character to wake up? If you accidentally hit a movement key while sleeping, you'll wake up. Honestly though I usually do this on purpose; I consider it like my internal alarm clock.

Edit: Just realized you said latest beta, rip my reading comprehension. Still, do you have any mods installed?

As far as I know, the only penalty you get for sleeping in a car is the back/neck pain from the uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. That, and a thin pane of glass protecting you from the hordes.

So here's what happened. My keyboard was on the floor, and a plate was constantly pressing the left control button, and since I use a gamepad, I noticed it after 3 nights of staying awake.

I doubt this thread will help anyone, ever.

Actually I didn't even knew you could wake up yourself by moving, I always thought you had to wait until you slept enough, or had to use clock/watches' alarm otherwise

This actually helped us figure out what was causing one of the people on our server to not be able to sleep so thanks.

Thanks for the help bud, tipped a friend off to what was preventing my character sleeping. Play using controller but mouse button had apparently jammed, messing with it let me sleep.
