Once it's all well and done, it will be released as a STABLE build.
ps.: You also can tweak the zombie spawn to your liking in the Sandbox Options, I always do this.
Never had 16 days of constant rain but like others have said all these issues can be tuned to your liking in the custom settings. I like it rough though, harsher conditions means more challenge to survive. I reckon you'll be saying it's too easy after a while and bumping zombies to runners.
I did notice something interesting in trying to explore key locations outside of Muldraugh (lumber yard and warehouses to the south) have massive hordes spawn even within the first couple of days. Which i assume due to meta events those hordes eventually close in on your location.
As others have siggested you can always tweak your settings in sandbox. You may be upset about that bite now, but you can't ignore that little voice in your head that's saying "come on man, this time we can survive longer".
If the game is too hard for you, or it rains too much, use sandbox settings
Helpful information could also be your sandbox settings or if you chose one of the presets and system specs as there are settings like "drag down" which I think are a bit OP so I turn that off. It's also the sandbox settings that change zombie spawn, horde sizes and the like. You should not have hordes of 500 zombies if your pc can't handle it. That isn't even close to vanilla settings.
I'm playing with AIZ2 right now and aside from the "Xonic" mega mall being glitchy AF it works just fine
You're lucky, it is not worth playing on my one. Whole area's just have empty containers.
Oh, the dude said he might update it when b41 is no longer iwbums.
Rural areas area no longer safe. Back of the prison is no longer safe. Have you tried the different settings?
That would be pretty funny.
