issues with the game

ill start off by saying i just bought the game as i seen someone playing it and found it interesting.

1) fullscreen locks my mouse so i cant use my second screen, only way i can is windows button or using the steam overlay (providing the steam overlay works to begin with, it wasnt at first), both of which cause the game to minimize... fake borderless window allows me to

2) borderless window, seems to load up and windowed only and leaves the window header up top with the minimize/maximize/close buttons on it....

3) when changing fullscreen/ fake borderless window option it keeps trying to default my screen to 1920x1440p (or other random resolutions), when i specifically set it to 1920x1080p.

4) screen flashing when loading up or changing a graphics setting.

5) when in fullscreen, i click on my second monitor and the game minimizes, randomly (but not always) it wont bring the game screen back up after clicking on it in the windows bar.

ill add my pc specs for reference on issues/bugs/ect.., as well its a copy paste so it has more info than needed but i dont feel like editing it.

i will also add, i update everything on a weekly basis (windows and all drivers), its clean from dust (tons of dust filters), optimized fully, zero issues, doesnt over heat, have all runtimes/ect.., as well as anything else i forgot to add, so there is no answers about pushing blame on the pc.

going to end up building a streaming pc, specifically for streaming, may also use it for downloading and surfing the web, or watching youtube/twitch streams (or my own stream),

getting another 55in 4k to replace the 50in 1080p tv that will be used on the streaming pc.
