How to sit on the ground?

Hello, I bought Zomboid years and years ago and am just now coming back to it. I was looking through threads from 2019-2020 and have seen people mention sitting on the ground to rest. Right clicking on the ground doesn't bring up a sit option for me and I didn't see anything in the keybindings.

Am I really dense and not seeing something obvious or has it been removed?

As far as i know it hasnt been removed, but firstly, what build are you playing on?

Hello, I'm on Steam and on the main menu, it says 40.43 (Steam)

Well there is your problem, sitting is only for build 41, wich is a beta build of the next update, to enable it you have to right click the game on your library, go to properties i think or betas and select build 41, i would suggest you trying it, there are plenty of clothes, and sprinters are much deadlier.
