Solar generator

Hi All,

I know I also posted this on the Hydro forums but thought I'd best ask here as well.

Does anyone know how the solar generator works in game? I've managed to build one and I assume once I plug it in - it generates electricity and so all I have to do is put electrical items near it?

There's no information unlike the generator about power levels etc.

Anyone with experience and who has used it can kindly help please?

Well its solar so it would only be useful during day. Maybe a full moon if the game allows it. But im sure you know that.

When was a solar generator added?

As for night use, most solar panels store energy during the day in banks of batteries. You can store more than you use.

In the Hydrocraft thread is noted that this generator works like a normal one, expect its powered vie solar power.

So you have to handle it like you would with a normal one.
