There should be a log file inside \steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\ named something like hs_err_pid*number*.log

Post the content of that on a site like pastebin and link it here.

Reinstalling Java is useless because the game comes with Java already, not because you have "nothing to do with it".

Usual fixes for this are updating your GPU drivers, though being more specific might only be possible after seeing the actual error.
