Large Fridges from gas stations
So i just happened to realise that those big gas station fridges weight 40 per piece and get split into 2, making it impossible to place.

Couldnt find another post mentioning this thus why im posting, to make the devs aware, or is this intentional?

pickup one piece walk where you want it. Use "transfer all" to drop on flour. then go get other piece and then you can build it in place. Transfer all was to only way i could figure out how to drop a part of it on the ground. might be other way but this worked for me.

The only thing I could think of would be to drop literally everything on your person (including clothes) and then pick one part up, and equip it. Then pick up the other part, and unequip the first part.

The key is to make your total weight less than 10.

But, I also don't think this will work. You'll probably still be over 10 with one part equipped. I think the devs should implement setting up furniture when pieces are near each other on the ground, like you can with planks when building.

I had once used all the dumpsters in Westpoint to secure the back alley area near the live-in restaurant downtown, and I seem to remember being able to move one piece of dumpster at a time, putting both parts in the same area, then being able to place it.

Yeah, pretty sure you used to be able to do that, you just had to drop some of the pieces on the spot you wanted to place it.. Bug maybe? Using items from the floor or from your backpack seem to be a little wonky in iwbums.
