Infection as in pus or bacteria like what you'd use penecillin in real life for. Basically infections that are visible on an unbandaged wound in the health window.
Disinfectant, alcohol wipes, and sterilized rags/bandages can also help.
You do not need antibiotics if you were bit or scratched by a zombie and are showing signs of zombification (Moodles Sick:queasy, nauseous, sick, fever and Stress:anxious, agitated, stressedh, nervous wreck). Unless of course you don't want any pus or anything in your wound.
Can somebody verify this as well?
That realy counts? Was curious why we shoud clean the clothes wat we wear...
"If you’re wearing dirty or bloody clothing over an open wound then chances of infection (normal infection, not zombie) will increase." Source TIS forum Build 38.22[theindiestone.com]
This is the kind of detail I love about this game.
