Ideally, upload the content on someplace like pastebin.com and post the link here.
Also, if you ever in the past manually installed any mods into the game folders, that could cause a problem since it has replaced game files, and thus cannot be 'removed'. I have a graphic change I made to the UI, where the player status icons are, I added numbers to each level, so at a glance it would be easier to know my status on various things. It replaced a game file, so it always is enabled and there is no selection for it.
@BooHasan I was just responding to the log you posted, it was showing lots of mods loading. If the problem is still happening after all this advice, post your logs again.
