how can i take fuel from car?

You need a garden hose and a empty gas can in your inventory. Right click on the car, it should give you the option to 'siphon fuel'

You don't need a garden hose? I don't think that's even an item in the game. Maybe you're thinking of Hydrocraft? You just need a can of gas and right click. I don't understand how the character siphons without a tube, but they do. :P
