How to close/open windows/curtains that are on the same tile but different angle?

I would try facing away from the window you don't want to interact with, but towards the one you do, and tapping "E."

Okay that only works for closing things. What about closing curtains?

Well I danced and no matter where i stood or clicked I was not able to close curtains.

you might try removing curtains around the one that you cant close, then after closing it nailing or hanging the other curtains back up

Nope. No matter what I do I can only close 1 of the 2 curtains. It seems that it only recognizes 1 building object per cell.

Have you tried zooming in all the way? Sometimes that does the trick for me when I can't get a curtain to show on the menu

tried everything man. It's the same issue with barricading.

Yeah, sounds like you have a mod issue. Works fine for me.
Have you tried different windows? Perhaps the one your trying is bugged.

I don't think I have a curtain/barricade mod nor there is one. I'll try again sometime.

It does not have to be a 'curtain/barricade' mod. A bag mod, or mod that changes any sort of interactions could be causing the problem. There are plenty of incompatible and bad mods out there, and each version causes more to join that list.

Ok. So here goes. Tap the E button to open and close windows. Holding E will climb through windows and up sheet ropes. To open and close curtains you will have to right click on the window in question and select the close curtain option. It can be a bit tricky at times, but you should be able to get the one you want. You could remove the curtain on the one you can get to help notice when you've got the one you need and then replace the curtain. Or just don't use a structure with that issue for the moment and maybe send a report of the issue.

Hold shift key and left click on window with curtain to fast toggle the curtain. This is one of the tricks the game doesnt teach you.
