Thank you for your answer.
Nothing.
This magazine won't appear anywhere I look. I mean, during 2 months in game, I've searched countless shelves, boxes and containers of all kind, and still not a single farming magazine. I really suspect some kind of bug, now.
Changed the Distributions.lua to make mail boxes have a great chance of containing that magazine. Restart the game, opened a mail box and there it is, at last!
Then changed back the file to normal.
Oh, and by the way, I don't know how Kurogo looted that magazine from a mail box like he said, as in the Distributions.lua you can see that mail boxes (or "postbox" as it's in fact called in the file) don't drop that item. At all.
And to conclude this wonderful story, I died in a car crash returning to Rivercity. I'm so mad at that bloody magazine that never spawned.
Looked for Gary King and Andy Knightley, but it seems that wasn't The World's End. ;)
