For example, if you globally set zombies to be sprinters, but tell them to be active at night, they still sprint during the day.
However, once you knock them down a tick to fast shamblers, during the day they move at an absolute snail's pace.
It would make a lot more sense if they erased the "active at day/night" option altogether and simply had different speed settings for day and night.
I agree. Still the current idea in place is pretty cool. It just really needs work. I don't think anybody wants their zombies to be that slow at any point ever. I can literally kill a whole horde with a baseball bat. (I didn't avctually do it because I got bored) But still. I came close. Im not sure why they thought that this would be a good idea.
I support the conclusion,but perphaps that could be achieved without scrapping the script altogheter.
yeah, shamblers are really lame, try to kill a horde of sprinters like you do shamblers and you will get beaten harder than than a jew in a muslim bar.
Exactly. Beaten doesnt even really describe it, considering you are getting eaten alive, but still.
We realy need an option for day/night active that either lets us set our own speeds for day and night, or is at least scaled to our choice.
For example. if set to active night. Night Runners would be fast shamblers during the day, fast shamblers would be normal shamblers and so on. This BS with zombies so slow they almost seem glitched has got to stop.
I seriously don't understand how there isn't some sort of an InI file or something that I can open and simply edit some lines of code. There has to be something like this. It can't really be that complicated.
