So, you can fashion a spiked bat with a few nails and a baseball bat. Has anyone considered a Mod to make one using barbed wire and call it Lucille?

I am not sure what you are asking, but you can barb wire your baseball bat,you might need the hydrocraft mod,but it is possible,if thats what you are asking.

You can also name weapons, in the same fashion as you would backpacks, with another mod in the workshop but I forget the name--it's probably near the top of the list, though.

Sure it looks cool, but the barbed wire is going to snag in all those knit caps once you hit the mall. What the game needs is a mace, the classic head breaker and helmet denter. I've always wondered about the use of the axe on zombies heads, it should slide off like hitting a coconut off center when you start flailing around in crowds.

I always thought you used the flat of the axe to knock 'em down then diced them with the sharpe edge?

you can one-hit kill with the axe if you are lucky/skilled enough,if against sprinters, you need the axe to survive, with the bat you hit and knock them down, but if there are more coming, they will soon overwhelm you.

with a knife they can bite you before you do the one-hit death animation, and even if you manage to do it, if there is more then one in the room, they will knack a piece of you while you stab another infected.
