Is there a way to replace floor tiles in apartments?
If so can you tell me how? I just want to make the apartment I base in look nice :v

You need to either remove the existing floor first (need a crowbar in your inventory) or place basic carptentry wood floor over it. (edit : removing floor will turn that floor tile to basic carpentry wood floor, it act as the default floor support in a way).

Then you can place other floor tile you have removed from other places in the same way you would place furniture. If you have more then one type in your inventory you can cycle through them using R.

I forgot to mention that you "remove" the floors the same way you move furniture.

On the right side of the screen select the drawer button, then "pick-up" (first option).
