You mean wood glue? :P
That said, good ol' stabby is safer than axes outside of buildings. Jaw stab > crawler surprise.
use knifes to get your blade skill up and then you can one hit 2+ zombies with one axe swing
get the distance right and you can one hit with a spiked bat couple game hours after you start
The durability of a crowbar and the 1 shot and wheight of a screwdriver.
They have the same weight as kitchen knives (0.3 vs 0.4 for screwdrivers)... and they have a 1/20 chance to loose durability for an average 200 hits!
As for the other post I made, this information is from the wiki and I express no warranties on the accuracy (in fact, I made way back a note on the rain collectors showing some innacuracy).
As far as crawlers I seem to get more of those with guns then anything.
And no I didn't mean wood glue. I meant the mod craftable axes. I suspect he messed with the durability to make them last longer because they seem to last forever. Hedge trimmers in Hydrocraft are pretty amazing too. And yes they are both mods so def not vanilla weapons. If I'm in a pinch though I usually grab a kitchen knife because they are plentiful but only because I never really tried screwdrivers.
