What are benefits of having clean clothes instead of dirty ones?

I don't know because i change clothes from dead bloody zombie maybe chance you can sick and ill long time or just your person be uncomfortable with this clothes in future days

I know there is a chance of infection from bloody clothes.
I'm not sure about dirty clothes.

Nice logic we dirty and bloody if killing zombies but we can take and equip zombies CLEAN bloody dirty awful clothing and stay clean. Hm stupid effect dirty clothing how can we make clothing clean? we special items or just use water? I just take clothes from zombies and from houses if weather changes

Soap and water.

There is no such thing as 'clean dirty bloody clothing'. Its either clean, dirty, or bloody. Some zombies may have clean clothing on them because they just died and turned without getting messy yet.
