Antibiotics
Where does one get antibiotics in Muldraugh? Searched the whole of Mortman's pharmacy and got a whole load of medical supplies but literally not one dose of antibiotics.

Antibiotics can be found randomly across knox county in bathrooms containers, Pharmacies, doctors offices.

I usually go to the pharmacy in West Point, its full of supplies and I almost always find some antibiotics there.
