Is there a mod that allows a save game option?

I just want to be able to save my game and load it if i need to. Any help would be great. Thanks.

You can copy and paste the save folder.

I just want to be able to save. Unless im not seeing something, there is no way to manually save my game. I want to save my game before i go into a building just in case i get killed. Then, I just load the game if i get killed. I don't like to start over with characters. I have a super busy life (as most people do) and i hate starting over when I die. I think i'll just have to do the copy paste save game that Gilga mentions if there isn't anything out there.

Iam sorry there is no other way to save a game, the devs won`t add this feature ether.

You`re welcome, but keep in mind, that the save files can be very big.

I have played on a server that would save your character. Once you died you respawn with the skills of that character. I do not recall what server this was and which mod but i am shure it is possible somehow ;) My best guess is that these kind of mods will be there once the game is finished. Cause it can be a pain in the *ss to reprogram code like that every update ;)

You could wait until you get grey, the devs already said no to this feature. Remember, this is how you died.

Just that the current save system will not get changed.

So many years have passed, and there is no way to manually save progress and is not expected. It's a pity, a lot of mods on PZ work incorrectly, leading to crashes without saving, the same Hydrocraft, for example. Being able to save the game would solve a lot of problems... When you spend more than two hours of real time setting up your base, and suddenly the game crashes from the crafting menu, you just need to spend another two hours... Thanks, I don't really want to anymore.
