Change game engine/programming language?(Java to *)
Java seems to very lags and old, maybe C++ or another better language?

We're not going to take two or three years to basically get back to where we are currently, in a different engine.

Java is capable of using C++ components. Things like lightning are already handled outside of Java.

Anyway, game cool but these lags with loading chunks (And while hosting game for playing with friends) it starts to overload system (CPU 100%)

Dont host serwer when u have CPU 100%. Your friend can hosting serwer to play together. :)

Might be worth looking at a company like multiplay.co.uk and hosting through there. Should amount do a couple of bucks a month if it's a handful of people.

These services tend not to do well with mods though.

$1 US = 60 Roubles last i looked few years ago. So ya be a bit expensive over there.
