Computers and PC's

So while in the building editor, I checked the Sprites and I found that there are computer sprites, but they don't work. by placing them, they´re invisible. I don´t know why wouldn't they be in the final game, since a bank or office without them in the 90´s is not very realistic.
They could be used for Electronic Scrap, or learning stuff trought diskettes (Or Floppy Disks) like a recipe that needs the computer to be read.
Hope they can be implemented in the final game, there could even be consumer, office and executive computers, like a Macintosh Classic.

They are actually used in the game.

You can find them in an abandoned government facility, hidden deep in the woods south of Rosewood. I'm sure they'll be used for more locations in the future.

Nice, tought they were unused because you can’t place them in the editor, not even by forcing it.
What are they used for? They re in the communications section, so are they like a radio or something?

You are being trolled. PCs are not in the game, but realistically speaking in the early 90's, when the game takes place, PCs weren't really all that common and even the internet was a glorified porn distribution method and they were rather expensive. So I'd say that it isn't completely out of the realm of possibility that they will be added, but there's still a chance they won't.

They are actually in the game, just as єℓιzαвєтн said. Though they don't have any function apart from dismantling for electronics.

yeah in the 90s, a 386 computer cost 10,000 dollars. No joke. wasnt until amd finally won their court case that prices came down. I can see the mess of remote controlled bombs i am going to make now i can see what some of the things you can build are. Was going to do this last guy, but he died.

Im saying for banks and offices, those look weird without pc’s. Hell the mac classic was the first pc less than 1.000 bucks, and that was 1992
Are banks supposed to still use typewriters or something?
