West Point, it has a lot more resources in the storage lockers, downtown, (book store, 2 hardware stores, medical offices, big post office, several food stores, police station) and its very close to the Mall, which has a ton of stuff for the taking. Its also close to the shooting range which also has a lot of gun, ammo and axes.

I forgot to mention the gun shop and huge phamracy and huge grocery store in West Point. Really, it has the most supplies.
