Filling a sack with dirt? Is it broken? Disabled?

Can we no longer fill empty sacks with dirt? I'm trying to get a small farm going somewhere, but I need to be able to move the dirt. Has this been disabled for the animations testing version? I've tried a shovel and a trowel just to be safe, but nothing. Suggestions? Answers?

Haven't been able to do this either! Also, the recipe for sandbags seems to be gone as well?

It's weird, I dont even got the option... the shovel I have is flat tipped, maybe I need the pointed one you have in the screen shot?

Didnt even noticed there were 2 types of shovels...

Only the pointy one is working for dirt
The square one doesnt work
The snow shovel doesnt work either
None of the other tool ive tried work

I didn't know there were either until I saw your picture there. Would you like to add me on steam? After the BETA has multiplayer enabled I'd like to have people to play with, but everyone I use to play with moved on to other games :/
