If you have dual graphics cards like most Macbook Pros, run this console command and restart your mac.
sudo pmset -b gpuswitch 0
This will always use the integrated graphics card while running on battery power, solving the graphics issue.
To change it back to your regular setting run this command:
sudo pmset -b gpuswitch 2
Good luck all!
This app works for me: https://gfx.io/ (For Selecting the GPU on MacOS)
