Is there a way to refuel vehicles?

With a filled fuel canister in your inventory you should be able to rightclick a vehicle and add fuel.

Sorry but this is not working. I have 6 full canister in my main inventory. I don't have the option to refuel it. I also tried to equip the canister as a primary weapon. Nothing. Any other ways or is refueling not yet in the game?

Ahhh found it. Press V outside of the vehicle. Then you can refuel it. Thanks anyway.

Also if the power is still on you can refuel at the pumps by right clicking the car (or the pump) can't remember which. I think people often try clicking the pump and seeing no option and assuming it's not possible so just putting out there in case anyone doesn't know.

Right clicking on the vehicle with a Gas Can in your main inventory OR at a gas pump both work.

However, I have noticed that with both options you have to find the 'sweet spot'. In the case of the Fuel Pump, you also need to be parked with the gas cap on the correct side (just like IRL) and be close enough (but not too close) to the Fuel Pump.

Edit: And if the power is off you can still get gas from the pumps with a generator hooked up.

It has to be in your main inventory, not a backpack. you can also have it equipped in any hand on your character. Right click the vehicle and you should see a refill option.
