How do i see the clock?

I remember from youtube videos i have seen that there was a clock in corner of screen but i seem not to understand really how to open it. Do i need to find actual wrist-watch or something?

Yes, you now require the digital wristwatch in order to see what time it is of the day via the top right corner clock. Can be found on zombie corpses when looting. Can also use both alarm clock and wrist watch with alarms to set a time for your character to wake up a certain time to keep consistent with sleep patterns. Good luck fellow survivor. Cheers
